Coaching

Coaching creates the space for you to identify and develop strengths, identify personal and professional goals, and be accountable for reaching those goals. As your coach, I pledge to create a trusting and authentic partnership that facilitates a thought-provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential. I focus on leadership development, strategic thinking, personal boundaries, and communication skill building.

When you choose me as your coach, we’ll develop a schedule of sessions to help you establish or confirm your goals, developing and using your personal strengths and resources to move you forward. In between our times together, I’ll provide you with assignments that will keep you on track and give you further opportunity to explore, learn, and grow.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, undergoing the certification process, and I subscribe to the ICF Code of Ethics.

Team Coaching

I also offer team coaching. Typically this involves sessions with the full team and one-on-one sessions with the team leader.

“Team Coaching is a facilitated process where participants are enrolled by a team
leader for a specific intention related to accomplishing goals or milestones. A team
with a coaching approach is focused on the team’s overall win and what it takes for
each individual to contribute to the team’s win.” –Ginger Cockerham, MCC

Benefits of Team Coaching (from Coach Approach Skills Training 3: Groups and Teams)

  • Teams develop a synergy that can have an even greater impact on an
    organization.
  • Team members benefit from the experience of seeing other members of the
    team coached forward.
  • Community is built around a higher purpose.
  • Teams often have a greater accountability quotient than an individual does,
motivating team members to follow through more readily.
