Strategic Planning

A strategic plan is more than a weekend exercise or a notebook you sit on your shelf. Strategic planning starts with strategic thinking and provides a map to build capacity and ensure longevity. With experience working with nonprofit boards as a member and an executive director as well as teaching nonprofit management classes, I love working with nonprofits to train boards in their roles and to plan for the future. Even more, I enjoy working with boards and staffs to create accountability and follow up for the strategic plan.
